• “Services” include vessel launch booking, crew transfer coordination, offshore deliveries, and related maritime logistics.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or booking a service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring no unauthorized use.
• You agree to use Seadrop services legally and ethically without violating U.S. maritime or trade laws.

3. Booking & Operations

• Launch and marine service bookings are subject to availability, weather, port regulations, and authority permissions.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or reschedulable only under certain conditions.
• Seadrop reserves the right to refuse service in case of misuse, security concerns, or policy violation.

4. Payments & Wallet

• Users may choose to store payment information securely via our wallet feature during signup or later.
• Payments processed are final unless a written refund policy is issued.
• We use third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe) under industry-standard encryption and security.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Seadrop is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by weather, port restrictions, authorities, or force majeure events.
• In no event will Seadrop’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology used in Seadrop are the property of Seadrop or its licensors.
• Users may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the service or software without written permission.

7. Termination

Seadrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the user violates these terms or misuses the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of appropriate Texas courts.
